Catalyzer, Inc., is pleased to announce its selection to develop and deliver a new Train-the-Trainer Course for the County Sheriffs of Colorado. The course is targeted for law enforcement trainers across the state who have been specifically designated to deliver training for their Agencies and require certification by Colorado’s Peace Officer’s Standards and Training (POST). Initial delivery is anticipated mid-year and will be a sustained effort involving four or five 40-hour iterations annually. This opportunity leverages the successful Front-Line Leader Institute (FLLI), also developed and presented by Catalyzer for emerging Colorado law enforcement officers. Stephen Ingalls, Catalyzer’s President and CEO, stated, “This new effort reflects CSOC’s trust in our organization and the relationships we’ve forged over the last several years. It is extremely gratifying that they reached out to us to fulfill this critical need.”
