Lansing, Kansas – April 1, 2023: Jon Smidt, Catalyzer Senior Facilitator and Coach, began the process to gain Impact Business Coaches’ “Heart of Leadership” certification in a recent 2-day immersive learning setting. Like Catalyzer. IBC is a long-term business partner with Tindall Corporation, where all three organizations focus on developing internal leaders.
Jon states, “The 2 days were packed full of ideas, tools, stories, practice, and relationship-building. I came away with deeper appreciation of the coach’s role, a better understanding of how to serve clients, and a variety of resources—from assessments tools to personal resources.”
Stephen Ingalls, Catalyzer President and CEO, adds, “Catalyzer continues to seek greater alignment with our business partners. We want to speak their language and use examples that illustrate their workplace and leadership challenges. I expect some cross-leveling among Catalyzer facilitators and coaches. I also expect enriched discussions about how we best serve our client organizations, coach emerging and evolving leaders, and continue our own growth as leaders and coaches.”
