Lansing, Kansas – July 1, 2022: Catalyzer’s steady growth throughout 2022 continues – both with existing and new partnerships. Among the latest, 4Rivers Equipment, a network of agricultural and construction machinery dealerships spread from southern Wyoming to El Paso, Texas, will begin a new leadership program this month.
Stephen Ingalls, Catalyzer’s President, and CEO, elaborates, “Catalyzer is excited about this opportunity with 4Rivers because they offer us an opportunity to apply expertise to a challenge we know very well – the “meat and potatoes” skills required of front-line leadership.
4Rivers CEO, John Shearer, adds, “We’ve been looking for a good fit with our team and the ability to tailor a leadership development program to the company’s unique needs. We believe Catalyzer will provide both.”
