Lansing, Kansas – March 14, 2023: Catalyzer Director, Ellen Houlihan, recently completed a nearly two-year journey and received certification as a Great Game of Business (GGOB) Coach.  Certification included classroom immersion into the GGOB methodology with current GGOB coaches and a 12-week “shadow” experience with a GGOB client company.

Stephen Ingalls, Catalyzer’s President and CEO, states, “There is shared philosophy and great synergy between Catalyzer and Great Game because we both consider educating, empowering, and engaging people foundational in creating a great company. Ellen’s certification allows us to extend the GGOB philosophy, both inside Catalyzer and to those organizations we serve. I couldn’t be more pleased with her accomplishment.”

The Great Game of Business (GGOB) taps into the universal human need to win, The Great Game of Business® educates your people in the rules of business, rallies them around a common goal, empowers them to see and improve the score, and engages them by giving them an opportunity to share in the rewards— what we call a Stake in the Outcome®—presenting them with the opportunity to win as a team.
