Catalyzer, Inc., rebounded dramatically from a slower 2020, delivering programs across 10 states and 21 different locations in 2021. Stephen Ingalls, Catalyzer’s President and CEO, stated, “Catalyzer was privileged to facilitate 67 different leadership sessions for over 1,700 emerging and senior leaders.”
Heading into the New Year, Catalyzer is postured to grow even more dramatically, facing the largest backlog in the company’s history and a robust business development pipeline. Ingalls added, “Plans for 2022 must focus on growing capacity – both on-the-ground presence and thinking as we evolve what we do toward best-in-class.”
