Lansing, Kansas – September 29, 2023: Next week, Catalyzer will join precast and prestressed concrete manufacturers from across the county in Tampa, Florida, for PCI’s annual committee and council meetings. Precast and prestressed concrete components are used to construct bridges, overpasses, parking garages, prisons, and sports stadiums—to name just some of the applications.
Precast concrete is manufactured at plants using internal steel reinforcing bars and tight specifications, and then delivered to construction sites. Prestressed concrete pieces typically incorporate reinforcing bars and steel cables under thousands of pounds of tension.
Builders like the quality, strength and durability of such panels and beams and the speed with which they can be erected.
Catalyzer has been working with precast/prestressed plants throughout the South since 2021 and, as has been the case since its founding in 2009, builds long-term relationships with these clients by learning not just an organization but also its industry.
“Understanding unique business environments is critical to how we develop leaders so that organizations can become their best,” said Stephen Ingalls, Catalyzer President and CEO.
“Because we take time to learn our clients’ organizations and their world, our connections and conversations yield profound results,” he said.
Catalyzer is a Kansas-based, veteran-owned small business that believes servant leadership drives success and changes the world for the better. “We live out that conviction by offering tailored leadership development programs, one-on-one coaching, integral assessments, and studies that help you better understand your people and their place in your organization,” said Ingalls.
