While our CEO is based in Lancing, Kansas, we don’t operate from a single headquarters as we serve the entire Nation, traveling to our clients’ sites.

We serve a broad range of industries and organization sizes, but we’re in the people business and we believe every organization, regardless of size or industry, has people challenges where we can support. Our clients tend to have one thing in common and that is they believe their people are their most valuable resource.

We deliver most of our courses in person, traveling across the United States to be in front of the people we train. We additionally have experience with remote delivery, where desired and appropriate.

An organization that recognizes that they have a delta in capabilities and/or skillsets that are preventing their people and teams from achieving their full potential.

While we believe we have excellent capability across our offerings and at all levels of leadership, our 15-year experience tells us that our “hedgehog” is with tailored programs focused on first-time and first-line leaders.

Pricing is influenced by a wide variety of factors, but in a recent analysis, our programs are roughly 70% less expensive than those offered by the larger, more well-known leadership development organizations. As a planning factor, organizations should anticipate pricing (not including coaching) at $1750-$2500 per participant for cohorts of at least 15 participants.
