Catalyzer Launches New Website

Lansing, Kansas – March 25, 2025: Catalyzer’s new website crowns a year-long creative and analytical collaboration with HCK2 Partners, a marketing strategy firm in Dallas.   The new website captures Catalyzer’s energy, according to Heather Capps, HCK2 Partner’s founder and CEO.

She has first-hand experience with what that energy produces, having engaged the leadership development organization for a retreat to help leaders deal with volatility, uncertainty, change, and ambiguity.

After their joint success there, she was eager to explore further collaboration.

“Because Catalyzer covers the depth and breadth of leaders in an organization, we wanted to highlight that on the website,” she said. “Yes, Catalyzer develops key individuals, but the programs are also for frontline workers, supervisors and up – not just C-suite executives.”

Likewise, the new website foregrounds examples of the wide-ranging industries Catalyzer services: banks, manufacturing plants, non-profits, and law enforcement, for example. “We wanted to improve the site’s search engine optimization, so that web-crawlers would locate Catalyzer’s wide variety of services and prioritize them,” she said. That approach beats paying for the privilege.

To get there, HCK2 Partners designed the new website from the ground up, a custom build. “That’s obviously more difficult, expensive, and time-consuming than just using a template,” she explained, “but it allowed us the creative freedom to properly present Catalyzer’s personality, energy, passion, and fire.”

“With the new imagery, typography, and layout, the site validates the brand,” she said, “and the user has a keen appreciation for what Catalyzer offers and an easy-to-complete contact form on each page.” That includes the mobile viewing experience.

Additionally, the new website provides easy access to great resources, including white papers and the blog, for existing clients and prospects. Heather said, “users will definitely value the testimonials from incredible clients who shared their great experiences with the Catalyzer team. ”

She is particularly pleased with the “Who We Are” page, which showcases Catalyzer’s differentiators: its skilled, experienced facilitators. The staff’s rich background in leadership and education provides clients with tailored programs and deep connections during onsite visits.

Catalyzer is a Kansas-based, veteran-owned small business that believes servant leadership drives success and changes the world for the better. “We live out that conviction by offering tailored leadership development programs, one-on-one coaching, integral assessments, and studies that help you better understand your people and their place in your organization,” said President and CEO Steven Ingalls.

Since its inception, Catalyzer has produced and led more than 560 separate programs across diverse industry sectors, developing more than 16,900 leaders nationwide. Organizations served include law enforcement, union/non-union manufacturing companies, community banks and their associations across seven states, engineering companies, and non-profits. Prominent organizations include McDonald’s, Utility Trailer Manufacturing, Tindall Corporation, Trideum Corporation, and the Boy Scouts.
