Lansing, Kansas – August 15, 2022: Catalyzer is pleased to announce that our two recent Hiring Our Heroes (HoH) Fellows, U.S. Army Master Sergeant, Kirby Ingles, and Captain (promotable) Lenora Ridley will transition to follow-on roles.

After an extremely successful 12-week engagement, Lenora will support Catalyzer as a part-time project lead for select program- and business-related initiatives. Among these are work to further develop and implement an assessment framework around Catalyzer programs and the implementation of a Learning Management System that supports both internal and external program execution more fully. Kirby will join the team as a facilitator and coach, supporting select programs throughout the Midwest.

Stephen Ingalls, Catalyzer’s President and CEO, states, “We’re gratified their experience through the HoH Program achieved both their and our objectives. Collectively, they championed nearly a dozen important projects – their talent elevates our entire team.”
