Joe Yearta joined Catalyzer in early 2023 as strategic and financial advisor to the CEO.
A senior executive with exceptional technical, business, and operational management expertise, he has over forty years of experience in project and personnel management, client interaction, business development, and state-of-the-art technologies.
Mr. Yearta has designed and developed project management techniques, consulting service programs, and has an extensive working relationship with senior-level executives. His responsibilities have included managing several hundred senior professionals and budgets over $400M. He is experienced in cost accounting solutions, federal contract compliance, and commercial best-practices.
Previously, Mr. Yearta served as Chief Compliance Officer with Trideum Corporation. He is now a managing partner with Yearta Consulting Group and supports Catalyzer in that role.
Joe has been married to his wife, Melony, for over 40 years and raised two sons. Joe and Melony reside in New Market, Alabama. He currently serves his community as a HEMSI Board Advisor, Board Member of Singing River Trail and The Bullpen Foundation, and is involved in several non-profit organizations, including Leadership-Greater Huntsville where he is an alumnus of Focus 18 and Flagship 29.
