Who We Serve
We serve companies that prioritize their people. Our partnerships include nearly 40 organizations, encompassing public and private companies, for-profit and non-profit entities, and both union and non-union structures. These organizations come from a variety of industry verticals. The largest client we’ve supported is a multinational trailer manufacturer based in California, while the smallest is a 27-person community bank near Toledo. Despite their diverse backgrounds, structures, and missions, these companies share one crucial element: they all value and prioritize their people.
Key industries
Catalyzer started with our first partner, Consumers National Bank, in Minerva, Ohio. This laid the foundation for our growth across multiple industries over the next decade. Since then, Catalyzer has extended its work into manufacturing, law enforcement, engineering, retail/services, local/regional government, and more. Whether it’s concrete dust on our boots in a South Carolina production yard, a shift in a Colorado county detention facility, or a conversation at the teller line in an Ohio community bank branch, we feel right at home.
Key roles
Our work primarily focuses on teams, although we frequently engage with individual contributors at all levels of seniority and experience within an organization. The teams we have supported range from Presidents/CEOs and their direct reports to mid-level leaders and managers who drive day-to-day operations, as well as front-line/first-line leaders who are exploring and experimenting with their leadership roles where minute-by-minute actions drive the business.
